Inappropriate Content.
By placing an order with Joslin Photo Puzzle Co. the customer agrees to the following conditions: that the content selected for inclusion in a Photo Puzzle does not include any of the following:
(i) child pornography or anything that is indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or vile;
(ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law, or a threat of blackmail;
(iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law;
(iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company;
(v) any content that infringes the intellectual
property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party; or
(vi) any content that otherwise violates the law applicable to such End User or applicable to such End User's intended recipient.
Return Policy
We have been producing custom/special manufactured puzzles with the very best
materials and manufacturing methods for over 30 years. All our custom/special
manufactured puzzles are inspected for quality of workmanship. Customer's photo
presented to us should be as clear as possible. It is the customer's
responsibility to send clear photos. We do not do photo corrections of any kind.
Due to the nature of our personalized
business, where each product is Custom/special ordered, puzzles cannot
be returned
or refunded. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Regarding DO IT YOURSELF PUZZLE KITS, unless we
erred, there will be a restocking charge of up to 20% and the customer will be
responsible for the cost of shipping the puzzle kits back.
