Frame tray puzzles are traditional flat jigsaw puzzles with a bottom which pieces of the puzzle fit within the frame. Our frame puzzle is ideally suited for children who can easily learn how to put the pieces of the puzzle together-piece by piece-and alas, they will form a picture of themselves, their favorite pet or person, a vacation pic, etc. Frame tray puzzles also make a great marketing tool!

Matte frame tray puzzles are
pre-cut heat transfer puzzles suitable for Ink and Sublimation
Transfer utilizing a Heat Press recommended to start 350-375
degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 seconds. Before placing the puzzle on the heat press, place white paper over rubber surface of heat press to protect it from any excess polymers when transferring. (1) **Preheat blank puzzle, substrate ("material") face down for approximately 20-25 seconds. (2) Turn this preheated puzzle face up (substrate up), cardboard side down. (3) Place printed transfer face down on puzzle. (4) Place white paper to cover entire surface of the puzzle. Since there is a variance in heat presses, brand of paper, age of transfer, moisture conditions, operator, etc., these are SUGGESTED temperatures, time and pressures.
